Job Description – Registered Nurse
As a registered nurse within the residential aged care team, you will play a vital role in delivering safe, high-quality, and compassionate care to residents while supporting families and multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities

Provide person-centred nursing care focused on positive consumer outcomes

Work across day and night shifts, depending on availability

Act as a clinical resource to support care staff and colleagues

Deliver consultative care and support to residents and their families

Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation

Maintain effective communication with all team members

Adhere to Aged Care Quality Standards and infection control practices
