About the Role – Carpenter (Modular Construction)
You will be responsible for constructing high-end modular buildings in a controlled workshop environment. Modular construction experience is not essential, as the work is similar to traditional residential building, but on prefabricated steel subfloors.
Key Responsibilities

Complete modular builds from start to finish based on supplied plans

Follow construction drawings and specifications accurately

Work on prefabricated bases in a controlled yard environment

Prepare buildings up to the point they are ready for lifting and delivery

Carry out on-site works when required (optional for those who prefer yard-based work)

Maintain high safety and quality standards

Work closely with the Construction Manager for guidance and support

Requirements & Eligibility

Proven ability to read and interpret construction plans

Valid Construction White Card

Own basic carpentry tools

Own transport (or ability to get to one of the company yards daily)

Strong work ethic, reliability, and independence

Ability to work unsupervised and complete tasks to a high standard
