Key Responsibilities

1. Food Preparation & Cooking

  • Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes

  • Determine portion sizes and manage food costs.

  • Requisition ingredients, food items, and kitchen supplies

3. Supervision & Coordination

  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers

  • Assist with coordinating food preparation for special events

  • Ensure smooth daily kitchen operations
