Requirements: What We Are Looking For
- Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in heavy equipment, diesel, construction machinery, or agricultural equipment.
- Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of hydraulic diagnostics, electrical troubleshooting, and ECM/CANbus systems.
- Schematic Literacy: Ability to read and interpret complex wiring diagrams, hydraulic schematics, and engineering documentation.
